With locked door,
“Deliver to the shop next door,”
Convenience?

Accordion door,
Squeeze
Through to a room
Of fobs and keys,
Calking and black beans
On the sill, randomly.

A city shop,
With specialty, but general,
Smokes and coffee, milk and cream,
With keys,
And candy.

Not a suburban neat and clean,
Grit and practicality
